Antique oak dining table and chairs - $500 (Point Pleasant Beach)

I've had this furniture since 2015 and bought it as a set from the original owner.
The table and chairs have sat unused in the corner of my house for a good while just collecting dust.
I've down sized considerably and need it to sell.
The table was made in 1940 (83 years old) and is solid oak.
The top is quarter sawn so you see the beautiful grain pattern in the wood.
Oak cut this way is fairly rare and expensive! It is specifically why I bought this table.
The skirt veneer has scrubbed off in places from people pulling away from the table and is the single significant blemish to the table.
Included are 2 solid oak leaves.
In place, the table will comfortably seat 8 to 10 people.
The chairs are little dusty with a a few small scratches or wear on the seat finish in places.
The chairs were purchased new in 2014 .
Other than being somewhat ornate and solid oak, they are not as special as the table and not antiques.
All 4 chairs are structurally very sound with no loose joints.
