Our students are motivated and bright, but are also in need of your help! Compensation Genie Academy's starting hourly wage ranges from $16 to $22 an hour depending on your experience.
Our Coaches (Tutors) are divided into three tiers: Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
New hires are in the Silver tier.
As you develop your skills and reputation you will move into the higher tiers.
Our Gold & Platinum tier teachers may earn anywhere from $22 to $50 an hour for their classes with our accrued bonus program.
