This is a non-paid, volunteer position - Looking for yogis interested in trading 3 hours of time per week/12 hours a month in exchange for access to unlimited yoga classes in the Honor Yoga studio where one gives service as well as online.
All roles are known as Energy Exchange Opportunities.
Compensation is in the form of unlimited access to yoga classes and a staff discount on additional products or services.
*Yoga Concierge *- These individuals may work daytime morning or evening shifts or weekend morning shifts.
These individuals assist at the studio welcome desk and leverage the three steps of service including - Sign-in members, Greeting members and learn/operate the basic MindBody System functionality.
Having a strong in person sales skill set is preferred so desk assistants can successfully execute the golden hour strategy.
*Purification Coordinators - *may involve vacuuming & thoroughly cleaning the Studio or cleaning hand towels & washing blankets & silks twice a week.
*Naya - *These are the individuals in the studio who support and actively keep in touch with the studio members to support the studio manager(s).
Generally this person "owns" a group of members and prospects and is working with members to utilize their membership privileges especially Honor, All Inclusive, Limited and Class Cards in that order.
This person also works with prospects and clients that have a limited relationship with the studio to get them more involved.
*Community Connectors - *Oversee the outreach coordinators and work to drive general outreach measured by First Visits and/or generate increased Trial Memberships.
This person goes out into the community to generate guest traffic.
*Karma Coordinator - *Connects with organizations or individuals who are looking to host a private beginner friendly class for the purpose of fundraising for a cause or non profit.
This may include church groups, girls/boy scouts, emergency responders - fire/police/emt departments, public officials, local families or individuals in need of financial or emotional support and the like.
Studios usually select a weekend afternoon per month to host these events (For example: the 2nd saturday of the month at 2pm) and the Karma coordinator handles the scheduling and provides marketing tools to contact person to fill the event.
Studios collect the funds and provide proceeds to the cause.
The cause agrees to pay the teacher for teaching and 100% of proceeds go to the cause.
*Medical Alignment Coordinator - *These individuals assist in facilitating relationships between the medical community & Honor Yoga.
These individuals can set up connections and relationships with these professionals to speak in a work shop style setting for a fee or member benefit in the studio.
Community outreach and connections are very important in this role.
*Business & Community Partnership Coordinator - *Individuals in this role assist in spreading yoga to the community by attending community events and staffing a booth or handing out flyers and attending local special events (i.
e.
Health Fair, Green Fair etc) and spreading the Honor mission to the community at these events.
*Gratitude Partnership Program Coordinator - *The individuals in this role assist in spreading the gift of yoga to local businesses and creating gratitude partners through connecting businesses to Honor Yoga for the mutual benefit of the business and Honor Yoga.
Community outreach and connections are very important in this role.
*Social Coordinator - *Assist the studio in creating social media posts, bringing what happens in the studio to life socially on facebook, instagram, and hytv on a regular basis.
*Internal Marketing - *Individuals in this role, assist with the upkeep of the chalkboards; for birthdays, new members, and guests.
These individuals update the schedule chalkboard, all internal signage and posters, HYTV and also send members cards as thank you notes, birthday cards and more.
*Retail Coordinator - *Individuals in this role*, *manage the organization of the retail boutique in-studio – weekly maintenance of the retail area to ensure it is neat and organized, while keeping track of inventory and assisting the studio manager with ordering new retail items.
Multiple roles for each of these opportunities exist in Honor Yoga.
Some of these roles can be done from home while others require an individual to work in studio.
