*Job Description:* We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Microsoft Excel & Office Instructor to join our team.
This role involves teaching Microsoft Excel and Office classes at least a few times a month in the evenings, with the potential to assist in creating aand helping expand our training business line locally.
_Key Responsibilities:_ * Design and deliver engaging and informative Microsoft Excel and Office courses.
* Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and skill levels.
* Provide personalized feedback and support to students.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in Microsoft Office applications.
* Collaborate with the Excel House team to develop new course materials and teaching strategies.
* If suitable, assist in business development activities to grow our training line.
_Requirements:_ * Minimum 7 years experience as an instructor or trainer in Microsoft Excel and Office.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to create a positive learning environment.
* A passion for teaching and helping others develop their skills.
* Flexibility to teach classes at different times and on different days.
_Preferred Qualifications:_ * Certification in Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
* Familiarity with the local business community and training needs.
