The Rumson Country Day School Nursery teachers are dynamic, dedicated, and committed to active instruction utilizing innovative learning resources that foster child development and a love of exploration.
They have an in-depth knowledge of early childhood education with a focus on cultivating a safe and welcoming learning environment.
Educators who work with the youngest members of the RCDS community have an important role as creators of a strong foundation that is the starting point of a formalized educational journey.
Warmth, energy, enthusiasm, perseverance, and a love of learning are important qualities of an RCDS teacher.
