Montissori trained Responsibilities: - Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and growth - Utilize effective classroom management strategies to maintain a productive learning environment - Use a Learning Management System (LMS) to organize and distribute course materials and assignments - Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic development - Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum materials - Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns Skills: - Strong knowledge and proficiency in Math (or specific subject area) - Experience working with students of various ages and backgrounds - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to effectively plan, organize, and deliver engaging lessons - Familiarity with literacy education strategies and resources - Passion for educating and inspiring students - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically - Experience in curriculum development is a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
